The Quality Assurance Analyst position requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure that<br \/>\nall engagement content is accurate, consistent and error free. They will be responsible for the material\u2019s adherence to Epicor best<br \/>\npractices in language, style and imagery. The majority of time will be spent hands-on, manually testing those tools with a wide<br \/>\nvariety of platforms and industry verticals.<br \/>\nThe Quality Assurance Analyst should clearly understand the organizational objectives and their target audience. Complete review<br \/>\nof the content demands inclusion of various software options that allow for customer keystroke errors, variable settings and<br \/>\nmultiple screen displays. Familiarity with Point of Sale or Accounting software is advantageous.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills will be mandatory and a background in the identification, debugging and reporting of<br \/>\nerrors is a plus. Documentation of quality assurance procedures will also be developed by the Quality Assurance Analyst. Superior<br \/>\nwritten communication is required for this purpose. This role also requires a keen understanding of the desired customer<br \/>\nexperience. Providing feedback from the customers\u2019 perspective will be critical information for the content development team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a day to day basis, the Quality Assurance Analyst Developer will:<\/strong><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Test engagement content for enterprise SaaS products and supporting mobile applications<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Utilize existing material and additional research to ensure content accuracy<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Manage and document their activity for all deliverables across various products<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Edit and proofread content<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Escalate significant risks or issues to management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n\uf0b7 WalkMe experience is preferred, although not required<br \/>\n\uf0b7 UX background is a plus<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with a full workload of competing priorities<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Excellent communication and writing skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Demonstrated and proven track record of innovation and problem solving<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Exceptional attention to detail<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, English or equivalent with 3-5 years\u2019 work experience in product development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Walk Me Certification a plus<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Experience with SaaS a plus<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Experience with jQuery a plus<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Title: Quality Assurance Analyst Department: Epicor University Job summary Summary of essential job functions.
