Experience: 2 to 3 years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
\u2022 Translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
\u2022 Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
\u2022 Gather information from the development team to develop, organize and write the manuals.
\u2022 Use screenshots, flow diagrams , charts that increase the user understanding.
\u2022 MSTP standards.
\u2022 Types of manuals and its rules as follows document template. i.e., Release Notes, User Guide, Getting Started Guide, etc.,
\u2022 Understanding the Bug\/Defect\/Enhancements case in Testing process.
\u2022 Understanding the SDLC and DDLC process.
\u2022 Good knowledge of GIT\/JIRA issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain version wise control.
\u2022 Experience in MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, PPT.
\u2022 Experience in Adobe tools such as Robohelp, Adobe FrameMaker.
