Solution Engineer \/ Technical Writer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job brief<\/strong>
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality Software Engineering documentation that contributes to the overall success of our Proposal responses. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, senior managers, and usability experts to make our services more accessible. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter who can analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and identify the keys to a successful and winning proposal. This individual will coordinate the overall presentation (including graphics),
content (technical content to be contributed by others), and business aspects of proposals for various software engineering disciplines such as Platform, Application, Data Analytics, and Automation. We are looking for an organized individual to be able to meet critical deadlines, engage others as required, and produce quality winning proposals. This role requires someone who is flexible to meet the full range of administrative and
proposal support requirements, including document preparation and other
administrative duties as needed. As a key member of the Solution Engineering team, the individual will be expected to work professionally with Conseqta\u2019s Leadership Team and its Teaming Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2022 Develop and refine technical proposal storylines.
\u2022 Research and write material as needed, including gathering information about the Programs\/Projects.
\u2022 Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the performance work statement and the RFP\/RFI requirements.
\u2022 Responsible for various tasks related to producing material for proposals, white papers, and other Business Development-related material, including assisting in developing and editing PowerPoint graphics.
\u2022 Collaborate with the team to articulate strengths, win themes, key differentiators, and the business value proposition clearly and concisely.
\u2022 Ensure high-quality content for proposals and other corporate materials such as white papers.
\u2022 Harmonize proposal writing across the volume to ensure one voice in presenting proposal content.
\u2022 Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
\u2022 Participate in each opportunity response’s quality, compliance, and
completeness, including participation in color reviews and refining content based on feedback from review teams and other stakeholders.
\u2022 Ensure written responses are concise and clear.
\u2022 Adhere to schedules and deadlines established by the proposal manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and skills<\/strong>
\u2022 Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation is a plus.
\u2022 Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail.
\u2022 Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily
understandable in text and pictures.
\u2022 Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
\u2022 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\u2022 Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
\u2022 University Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
\u2022 Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
\u2022 Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
\u2022 Highly organized and able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
\u2022 Ability to define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process,
