Position Summary:<\/strong>
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other teams to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content, including manuals, online help systems, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Documenting Product Features: Write and maintain user guides, system documentation, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical content based on input from engineers and subject matter experts.
\uf0b7 Structuring: Organize and structure documentation in a clear and accessible way to ensure a seamless user experience, including creating tables of contents, indexes, and glossaries.
\uf0b7 Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and support) to understand new product features and changes, ensuring all documentation remains up to date.
\uf0b7 Reviewing and Editing: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, accuracy, and usability.
\uf0b7 User-Centric Documentation: Produce documentation that is easy for non-technical users to understand while maintaining accuracy for advanced users.
\uf0b7 Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in existing documentation and proactively suggest revisions to enhance readability and usability.
\uf0b7 Version Control: Ensure all documentation is properly versioned and updated alongside product releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education: Any Graduate \/ B.Tech- Electrical, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field, SCADA & Automation or equivalent experience.
\uf0b7 Excellent Communication Skill
\uf0b7 Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a technical writer or similar role.
\uf0b7 Technical Skills:
o Experience with software documentation, especially for complex technical systems.
o Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Markdown, Confluence, Jira, SEO tools and Git.
o Familiarity with HTML\/CSS and basic programming concepts is a plus.
\uf0b7 Strong Writing and Editing Skills:
o Excellent command of written and spoken English.
o Proven ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
o Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure clarity and consistency.
