Job Description<\/p>\n

  1. Uses Research, collaboration with other teams and anticipate how Astoria’s products and services will be used for customers.<\/li>\n
  2. Ensures technical accuracy by working very closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Support, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
  3. Creates easy to understand and impactful documentation across a variety of formats such as HTML Help and browser-based Help, depending on the specific purpose of the documentation.<\/li>\n
  4. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of product documentation (DDLC), including the maintenance of existing product manuals.<\/li>\n
  5. Provides meaningful illustrations to facilitate customers\u2019 understanding of the products and services.<\/li>\n
  6. Effectively translates even complex technical concepts into user-oriented information for non-technical and technical audiences.<\/li>\n
  7. Works with software development team to improve the UI and messages.<\/li>\n
  8. Uses the product\/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways to improve it.<\/li>\n
  9. Advises customers of service enhancements to ensure the customer is fully informed at all times.<\/li>\n
  10. Addresses product bugs, provides accurate descriptions, and collaborates with R&D team on fixes.<\/li>\n
  11. Ensures proper case documentation and identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience.<\/li>\n
  12. Handles customer queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner that is consistent with the Astoria’s brand and values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n
  13. Proactively provides solutions to customer queries and problems, applying expertise of products, and services to maximise customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  14. Begins to build a relationship with the product group thorough product improvement requests and feedback.<\/li>\n
  15. Continuously updates his\/her skills based on new, upcoming technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
