About the Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for Interns for our Syncron Learning team. We build
technical and functional training programs on Syncron products for our
customers and partners. During the internship, the candidates will get
real-life experience of building training and certification programs
directed towards customer enablement. Interns will work with our teams
in India and the US, and assist them across all phases of course
development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Understand Instructional Design principles from Syncron’s
Customer Education point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Understand the features of Syncron products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Participate in design discussions and assist in building
course outlines, learning objectives and course content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Help Instructional Designers with eLearning and
instructor-led course development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Understand eLearning development tools and help Instructional
Designers with course production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Test exercises\/procedures for accuracy of the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, MCA,
or M. Sc. IT. BSc IT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Impeccable writing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Willingness to pick-up domain expertise in different Syncron
products in particular, and Supply Chain Management in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESIRABLE SKILLS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Prior training in Instructional Design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  \u00b7        Prior experience in using eLearning development tools, such
as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
