Job Description:
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our users.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation and online help using MadCap Flare.- Implement topic-based authoring to create modular, reusable content.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dev, QA, Product Managers, and BA to gather information and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.- Use GitHub for version control and collaborative documentation efforts.- Adhere to Microsoft Style for Technical Publications (MSTP) and Chicago Manual of Style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of documentation to maintain clarity, accuracy, and usability.- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.

**Required Skills**
– 3 years of experience in technical writing.- Proficiency in MadCap Flare.- Strong understanding and experience with topic-based authoring.- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify information.- Experience with version control using GitHub.- Familiarity with MSTP and Chicago Manual of Style guidelines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
