Position: Technical Writer

Job description:

• Create high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Create easy-to-understand online help and feature documents.
• Create tutorials to help end users learn and understand the application.
• Work with internal teams on documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent written skills in English.
• Proven working experience in software documentation.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and convert the understanding into easy-to-understand documents.
• Experienced in working with Adobe RoboHelp/FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, MS Office, SnagIt.
• Should have understanding about SDLC, STLC, and DDLC.
