Role: Instructional Designer

Contract: 1 year (Extendable)

Client: Microsoft

Location: Bangalore (Initially work from home, Future may be required to visit office)

·       Experience 5-10 Years

·       Software: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Illustrator, GoAnimate (Not Compulsory; Added Advantage)

·       Good Storyboarding Skills

·       Ability to synthesize content into palatable text for learners

• Ability to design PPTs for VILT consumption
• Ability to convert PPTs into OLTs relatively quickly – while keeping quality/making edits where needed
• Ability to build in Articulate Rise
• Ability to build in Storyline
• Ability to write content or take content and summarize down
