Technical Writer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, training material or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content. The candidate is expected to work independently without much dependency.

Responsibilities

·         Explain technical ideas in simple language.

·         Meet with customer representatives to establish technical specifications.

·         Create user documentation for a varied audience.

·         Needs to have hands-on, working experience with various technical authoring tools.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         The candidate should have 0-4 year experience in technical writing.

Qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·         0-4 year experience in the technology industry.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to understand highly technical information.
