Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
   o Collaborate with subject matter experts and product
   development teams to gather information and ensure the
   accuracy of technical content.
   o Create and update user-friendly documentation, including user
   guides, tutorials, FAQs, and release notes.
   o Translate technical information into clear, concise, and
   comprehensible content.
2. Wiki Maintenance:
   o Regularly review and update existing wiki articles to reflect the
   latest software features and enhancements.
   o Ensure that documentation remains consistent with the evolving
   product.
   o Organize and structure content for easy navigation and
   accessibility.
3. Quality Assurance:
   o Conduct thorough quality checks on documentation to identify
   and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
   o Ensure that documentation complies with established standards
   and guidelines.
4. User Support:
   o Assist users by providing accurate and helpful responses to their
   inquiries related to the documentation.
   o Monitor user feedback and incorporate suggestions for
   improvement.
5. Version Control:
   o Maintain version control of documentation to align with
   software updates and releases.
   Qualifications:
   • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a strong
   portfolio of technical documentation.
   • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
   • Strong attention to detail and the ability to present complex technical
   information in an understandable manner.
   • Familiarity with publishing technology or AI-powered solutions is a
   plus.
   • A degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related
   field is preferred.
