I’ve known Techtotal since 2011, when I first joined them for a course in Technical writing. Post which I was able to get a job in Deloitte, working on Captivate, Articulate, Storyboarding, and other Technical writing and ID related work areas as part of my larger portfolio in knowledge management. When I wanted to upskill, primarily to understand the L&D domain closely, I could only think of Techtotal again to learn the latest technologies in e-learning and refreshing my ID concepts.
Back in 2011, I found Techtotal through google. I was looking for technical writing institutes in Hyderabad, and Techtotal was the only institute offering an exhaustive course covering all concepts and technologies required. So it was a no brainer to return to them for the Instructional design course.
Shravan, Madhu, and Sunila remained available throughout post the training sessions. I’ve valued their assignments and more importantly the feedback to improvise on the tasks. A lot of training material was also shared and they were always open to conversations especially when I may have had a different approach to things. I’ve enjoyed the entire process.
My conversations with Shravan, Sunila, and Madhu have always kept me active in the 5 months break between jobs. They continued to encourage me to try different things, while I may not have pursued the core L&D/ID domains, these concepts have always helped as talking points and building my executive presence. Training, quality, and knowledge management have remained very close to me throughout my professional tenure. During these 5 months, I started to teach kids coding using tools like Camtasia to publish.
TechTotal has always been a lucky mascot for me. Both the times when I was at a crucial juncture in my career, it was TechTotal that I reached out to keep my learning active and updated in the areas of my interest. So the takeaway for me has been holistic rather specific to just one course.
I would recommend TechTotal and all courses they offer as it’s their approach towards the students and the genuine interest in the good for them is demonstrated in training, and assistance post that. Their 24X7 access and availability to the students make it one of a kind institute.
