Role: Senior Technical Writer
 The role relies on strong experience and expertise in communication, including developing strategies, structuring information, gathering insights from multiple sources, and creating and refining content to ensure clarity and impact. The individual will also lead projects, contribute to broader organizational initiatives, and serve as a key resource in guiding the team through the adoption of new processes and workflows. 

What You’ll Do:
Write and edit customer-facing documents such as user guides, help systems, and release notes that are appropriate to specific purposes and audiences.
Define content structures, delivery solutions, and release plans for respective product area.
Interview, research, observe, and test to capture and synthesize source material.
Evaluate publications and delivery methods for quality, accuracy, and usefulness.
Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams on content-related projects.

What We’re Looking For:
Professional experience in electron microscopy, life sciences, or related scientific field.
Solid experience working within Agile software development environments.
Sophisticated knowledge of structured authoring and single-sourcing, particularly using Mad Cap Flare and other XML-based authoring tools.
Detailed experience with GitLab, HTML, and CSS.
Successful project leadership in cross-functional, cross-cultural international work teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a history of developing positive relationships.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Reliably self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
