This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the world of education. It is ideal for an ambitious and organized individual with 3 to 4 years of experience in custom content designing and
development. In this role you will be responsible for creating content for various purposes and requirements. You will be able to partner with multiple internal stakeholders and create content to translate their ideas to our B2B an B2C Audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and interview subject matter experts (internal stakeholders) to procure content required for development
2. Research, plan and develop content strategies for various delivery mediums, not restricted to electronic and print delivery
3. Create content for specific requirements (For social media campaigns, marketing creatives, SEO content for websites, product descriptions, articles for offline and online media, blogs, brand
pages, banners, category stories, case studies, advertising copies, articles, brochures, catalogues and newsletters)
4. Develop new topics and content based on market trends delivered across channels (Omni Channel)
5. Create standards, best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing (specific for the social media domain)
6. Review content received from external vendors to check process adherence
7. Coordinate with vendors for PR activities
8. Coordinate with the internal design team to create assets for various content campaigns
9. Constantly upgrade knowledge on social marketing trends and competitors
10. Sensitise the team about new channels of promotion
11. Maintain a close working relationship with cross functional teams
12. Manage multiple projects and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders for social media campaigns and marketing requirements
Key Skills:
Custom content development, content writing, social media content writing and creative writing

Desired Candidate Profile:
 Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
 Professional Background:
o Desirable – Certification in creative writing, Content writing or Digital marketing Social Media Content Specialist
o 3-4 Years of experience in custom content creation- design and development specific to social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Educational and Parental Blogs
and forums)
Expertise Required:
1. Excellent writing skills in different styles
2. Excellent proofreading and editing skills
3. Excellent content research skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Working knowledge of Office tools (MSWord, PowerPoint and Excel)
6. Working knowledge of Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)
7. Experience in analysing requirements and designing campaigns for social media
8. A good understanding of social media trends
9. Candidates with work reference online are preferred
