• Good knowledge on MSTP
• Good knowledge on DDLC, SDLC and Agile SDLC
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker (unstructured), Adobe RoboHelp, and MS Office
• Ability to adhere to company standards
• Ability to create a new template as per company standards
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent in English grammar and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge on XML and HTML
• Good knowledge of information mapping, document conventions, and technical writing principles
