E-learning/Instructional Designer

·         Working knowledge of authoring tools like Adobe Captivate/Lectora/Adobe Storyline.

·         Analyze existing source content, focusing on reuse and smart modification to add value.

·         Produce high-quality training material that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

·         Apply tested instructional design theory, practice and methods.

·         Create Content Outlines, Design Documents and Storyboards for Web-Based Trainings.

·         Knowledge of gamification is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

·         Proven experience in instructional designing, such as audience analysis, content analysis, scoping, design and development, along with excellent written skills in English.

·         0-4 year experience in E-learning/Instructional designing.

·         Excellent communication skills; should be able to independently gather training requirements and other inputs from the client.

·         Should be adept at understanding client requirements and translate them into high-quality design documents and storyboards using 3D animation graphics and interactivity.

·         Should be able to create high-quality training material independently with precise attention to details.

·         Strong working knowledge of Adobe Articulate tools, Captivate, Storyline and Camtasia and exposure or hands on with learning management system will be a plus.

·         Should be willing to work at the client’s place at Bangalore.
