  1. Prior experience/skillsets required:
    • 9-12 years’ experience in the field of e-learning
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Self-driven; able to set deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Quick learner • Self Confidence • Ability to interact independently with clients
    based in the US
    • Excellent command over the nuances of US English
    • Eye for detail
    • Ability to proofread content
    • preferred certified ID’s
  2. Roles and responsibilities:
    • Storyboarding: Creating storyboards that are development friendly
    • Review: Review content developed by fellow teammates
    • Checklist creation: Creating checklists for client requirements for each phase of
    a project so that none of the prerequisites are missed.
    • Teamwork: Discussing with developers about the deadlocks and find an
    effective way out of it.
    • Training: Training fellow IDs to streamline the process of developing
    storyboards and interacting with the developers to achieve the goal.
    • Client Interaction: Interacting effectively with the Client/SME to extract relevant
    information for accurate product delivery.
    • Ability to come up with unique and independent ideas to create interactive
    learning experiences
    • Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AR and VR and
    willingness to experiment with them
  3. Compensation offered: Rs. 10-12 lakhs per annum We are flexible with
    ourcompensation range, and for the desired skills and experience.
