Experience: 2 to 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
• Translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
• Gather information from the development team to develop, organize and write the manuals.
• Use screenshots, flow diagrams , charts that increase the user understanding.
• MSTP standards.
• Types of manuals and its rules as follows document template. i.e., Release Notes, User Guide, Getting Started Guide, etc.,
• Understanding the Bug/Defect/Enhancements case in Testing process.
• Understanding the SDLC and DDLC process.
• Good knowledge of GIT/JIRA issues.

Skills:
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain version wise control.
• Experience in MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, PPT.
• Experience in Adobe tools such as Robohelp, Adobe FrameMaker.
• Understanding the flow of API process – API documentation.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree/B.Tech Graduates
• Certified Technical Writer profession

• AdobeXD
• Automation Online Help tools
