Roles and Responsibility:

· Prepare User Guides and Installations Guides

· Prepare PPT on the application as per the requirement

· Review all the documents such as API Documentation, Requirement Specification Documents, etc prepared by the Developers

· Conduct KT sessions on the application

· Proactively involve in the discussions with Developers and Testers regarding the enhancement of the application

· Closely work with Developers/Testers and provide related inputs (based on the application knowledge) to the Developers for the development of additional features in the application

Mandatory Skills/Qualification:

· B.Tech Graduate

· 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer

· Expertise and experience in MS Word, Snagit, and MS Visio

· Experience in complete Documentation Development Life Cycle, including publishing, and maintenance

· Experience in writing User Guides, Installation Guides, and other technical documents

· Knowledge in Adobe FrameMaker will be an added advantage
