Skill: Technical Writer.

Roles and Responsibility:

Prepare User Guides and Installations Guides
Prepare PPT on the application as per the requirement
Review all the documents such as API Documentation, Requirement Specification Documents, etc prepared by the Developers
Conduct KT sessions on the application
Proactively involve in the discussions with Developers and Testers regarding the enhancement of the application
Closely work with Developers/Testers and provide related inputs (based on the application knowledge) to the Developers for the development of additional features in the application

Mandatory Skills/Qualification:

B.Tech Graduate
1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer
Expertise and experience in MS Word, Snagit, and MS Visio
Knowledge on MSTP(Microsoft Manual of Styles)
Experience in complete Documentation Development Life Cycle, including publishing, and maintenance
Experience in writing User Guides, Installation Guides, and other technical documents
Knowledge in Adobe FrameMaker will be an added advantage
